1. Service Description
DET Practice provides online practice materials for the Duolingo English Test (DET), including Read & Complete passages and Fill in the Blanks questions. DET Practice is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Duolingo, Inc.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to use DET Practice. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person is permitted.
3. Payments & Refunds
DET Practice offers one-time payment plans that grant time-limited access to additional content. Access durations are: Starter (3 months), Pro (1 year), and Ultimate (1.5 years). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD.
When your access period expires, your account will revert to the free tier. You may repurchase a plan after your current plan expires. Your practice history and scores are retained regardless of your plan status.
Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others
- Copy, redistribute, or resell any content from DET Practice
- Attempt to access content beyond your purchased tier
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
5. Intellectual Property
All content on DET Practice — including passages, questions, and design — is owned by DET Practice and protected by copyright. You may use the content solely for personal study purposes.
6. Disclaimer
DET Practice is an independent study tool. We do not guarantee any specific score improvement on the Duolingo English Test. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Practice materials are designed to simulate the DET format but may not exactly replicate the actual test.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DET Practice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to paid content will be revoked.
